This building services legislation course will help you understand how the system works. It focuses on legislation applicable in England, but can cover legislation affecting Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

- Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations
- Control of Asbestos Regulations
- Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM)
- Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER)
- Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER)
- Legionella (which is covered by COSHH and other regulations)
- Pressure Equipment Regulations and Pressure Systems Safety Regulation
