HR Consultant / Partner Level 5
The level 5 HR Consultant Partner apprenticeship has been created in partnership with CIPD. In addition to our in depth topics and immersive workshops, learners also have access the CIPD's study resources, online communities and a reduced membership fee. Learners will build on their knowledge of HR disciplines, policies and legislation as they develop the ability to support and advise their colleagues and managers. Organisations can place existing staff on this apprenticeship to develop employees who are able to promote and adhere to the organisations values and policies. This apprenticeship is delivered both virtually and face to face, allowing learners to easily apply their learning to their roles and day to day tasks.
