Training Course Content

What you’ll learn

By the end of the four-week session, you will have harnessed a mantra, found tools for reaching out and asking for help, and found ways to be brave even in the darkest of times.

Course delivery details

  • Through a combination of creative writing exercises, we go through a list of events that bring up emotions of joy and pride.
  • We find use in those events and tailor stories to create strategies that can help us to build resilience in dark times.
  • This will be through list building, experience reflecting, and pinpointing areas of our lives that are successful and areas that have faced challenges.
