Introduction
Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology focuses on applying psychological principles to workplace challenges, including employee behavior, performance, and well-being. This four-day course on Introduction to Industrial-Organizational Psychology provides HR professionals and managers with foundational knowledge of I-O psychology to enhance organizational effectiveness. Participants will learn how to apply psychological concepts to improve recruitment, training, leadership development, and employee satisfaction.
