Introduction
This three-day course is designed to provide non-HR managers with essential HR knowledge and skills. Managers and supervisors outside the HR function play a critical role in people management, and this course equips them with the tools to handle HR responsibilities such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The course is practical and focuses on providing managers with the knowledge they need to effectively support and manage their teams while aligning with organizational HR policies.
