Course description

7 Skills for the future

We offer this masterclass online and in person.

FACE TO FACE WORKSHOP

Any sense of overload, of juggling too many things, of feeling overwhelmed etc. comes from a combination of things:

  • How you are working – how you are managing incoming requests and information, to what extent you are able to focus, set boundaries and manage expectations. Everything feels important and nothing gets done as well as it could be done.
  • How you balance this with your wellbeing and mental health – both day-to-day and when you are facing a heavy period of work. What are you go-to strategies?

Less of overload and feeling overwhelmed comes from the actual workload itself. It is possible to have periods where you work long hours, it is very intense, but you have really good strategies for handling it. That starts with what typically do day-to-day NOW.

The session will focus on participants’ context and input to help guide the themes presented. This in-person workshop explores valuable and impactful strategies for dealing with a busy and demanding workload.

This is an interactive workshop with pre-course questions to enable the facilitator to deliver a bespoke session each time.

One of my team who attended this week came over to thank us yesterday for arranging the sessions and told me how useful and interesting the session was.

The break out rooms were having discussions about how this will change the way they think about workload and managing stress.
