He has worked at the plant for a total of 44 years and is responsible for three Production Shift Managers operating a 24-hour shift pattern, 60 Production Staff and liaises directly with Planning, Laboratory Test, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, Customers and EU Colleagues.

Samantha has been with MotoNovo for over 15 years and has worked her way up the MotoNovo career path ladder which has include her roles as an Input and Payout Administrator, Key Account Manager and a Campaign Account Manager.
