Course delivery details
We intend the course to be stimulating, challenging but achievable. Excellent attendance is essential to maintain the learning momentum and submit assessments on time. There are no examinations, but there are assessments (one per module). These will demonstrate an application of learning gained throughout each module. The Associate Diploma will be gained by passing all assessments.
The course does require independent research to develop your appreciation of the subject. You should assume that the classroom hours of approximately 5 per week are matched by an equivalent amount of your own time in reading, preparation for class and writing up assessments.
Courses are being offered at our Lackham Campus on Thursdays, 1.00pm – 5.00pm for 34 weeks.
Apprenticeships
The College also offers this Associate Diploma as an integral part of the Level 5 HR Consultant Apprenticeship scheme. Supporting Employers may be able to fund this programme through the Apprenticeship Levy. If your Employer is not currently in receipt of this funding, we will be able to guide them on how this can be achieved.
