Course description
Employee Assistance Programme - EAP
We are currently the only Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider to offer services that comply with the NICE Guidelines for the treatment of diagnosable mental health conditions, in that we have an established and modulated cCBT Guided Self-Help platform (with over 40 targeted modules) supported by telephonic or video conference sessions with a mental health practitioner (Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)) included within our standard service so that we can treat issues such as depression and anxiety in-line with the best practice rather than just support symptom management like other providers.
Our fully clinically managed network of over 1300 fully BACP accredited counsellors and therapists deliver session-based support. This unique approach uses different platforms and treatments to create an all-encompassing healthcare programme.
Our uniquely positive approach to promotion, utilising digital and in-person support creates an awareness and wellbeing culture and removes the assumption that the EAP is only for a crisis. Employing earlier interventions maximises the impact of support, reducing downtime and improving the return on investment.
