Individuals who can deal with pressure, change and uncertainty, and managers who can foster a culture of wellbeing and engagement, can build resilient and high performing teams.
This course will look at a set of skills and characteristics that can be developed to build resilience. It’ll also cover mental health and wellbeing, the importance of self-care and how good managers can make a big difference.
