For two decades CEPMLP has been a leader in providing training in the skills for petroleum industry negotiations through the course on Negotiating & Documenting Petroleum Industry Transactions. This year we are offering advanced training in petroleum industry negotiations that focuses on the key elements of petroleum industry negotiations, such as principles for risk sharing, optimising outcomes through financial analysis and tax planning, stabilising contracts, and resolving disputes. This is a 3 day course.
