Course description
This programme is designed for Head Housekeepers, Heads of Reception, Front of House Managers or Duty/Hotel Supervisors/Managers working in a variety of hospitality establishments including national restaurants, hotels, cafes and pubs/pub chains. Normally you will already have either at least nine months experience working in the hospitality industry or have completed an Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Hospitality Services, or similar. Achieving the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership will enable to Learn and develop the skills required for work and career progression in the hospitality and catering sector; Meet the occupational requirements to pursue a career in hospitality supervision and management; Gain a qualification that is valued by employers across this sector.
