This is a 4 week Modular Course that supports and guides you through educational presentations, videos, and audio guided practice sessions. We teach you to take control of the practice from your first session.
In the comfort of your own home, you will immediately start to manage, release, heal from stress and anxiety, build resilience, and feel more in control of your health and life.

Continuing Studies
The 4 weekly Modules require approximately 2 hours each week. At least 45 - 60 mins are dedicated to the practice sessions. You will have all the downloadable resources and access to our ongoing support at no additional cost as and when you need it with this life tool.
