Course description
Day one of this course is aimed at practitioners who wish to gain confidence in performing orthopaedic procedures of the hip joint: methods of surgical stabilisation of the luxated hip and femoral head and neck excision.
Day two of the course is aimed at practitioners who wish to gain confidence in performing orthopaedic procedures of the stifle joint: lateral suture stabilisation for cranial cruciate ligament rupture and surgical correction of patellar luxation (wedge and block recession, tibial tuberosity transposition and lateral imbrication).
The course structure is 75% Practical; 25% Teaching
