Principles of Consultative Selling (eLearning)
Explores a selling technique in which the salesperson acts as an expert consultant for his or her prospects, asking questions to determine what the prospect needs. Rather than just promoting an existing product, the salesperson focuses on the customer's problems and addresses the issue with appropriate offerings (product and services).
We recommend that this course should take you 3.5 hours to complete, you will therefore receive 3.5 CPD hours upon completion.
