What will I learn?
If you have a passion for baking or already work in hospitality and want to develop your skills in patisserie and artisanal baking then this course is for you. The course will give you the skills to create desserts, patisseries, work with chocolate, learn the techniques of artisanal baking, as well as help develop your skills beyond the kitchen in planning, preparation, calculating costs and health and safety.

What do I need to know?
You’ll need to have a Level 1 in Professional cookery or experience working in the hospitality and catering sector. The main thing required is a passion for baking.
