What will I learn?
This course offers students the chance to develop a broad range of music performance and compositional skills required in the modern music industry. The programme will help students to prepare for higher education and to understand the reality of working as a musician or composer in the entertainment industry today. Throughout the year students will cover both ensemble and solo performances, different performance styles, music software for composition, composition for film, TV and media and music video production.

Suitability - Who should attend?
What do I need to know?
Students should hold a level 2 qualification in music performance, composition or technology as well as GCSE English or equivalent. Alternatively students may be considered on the merit of their musical or compositional ability or experience, this will be assessed at the course audition and interview.
