Team leaders typically spend 80% of their time fulfilling a hands-on functional role, allowing just 20% of their time for the supervision of others.
This interactive course distinguishes between being a team member and a leader, and introduces the three piers model - a foundation to help you succeed in the role.

Training Course Content
This course will teach you the fundamentals of a team leader's main priorities. You will learn how to give clear and useful feedback to your team, discover the basics of motivation for different people and understand how to develop your team: as individuals and as a whole. You will get to grips with effective communication techniques and put what you've learnt in to practise by taking part in exercises that encourage you to communicate in an assertive way.
