Course description
Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality & Design Management
Throughout the Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality & Design Management programme students will develop their knowledge and practical skills of hotel design and luxury brand management, along with expertise in traditional hotel management. Courses focus on innovative solutions, using design thinking processes to create experiences.
During their studies, the students engage in a variety of real-life projects, with the key emphasis on people, business and design, fostering their competencies in developing concepts, product branding, feasibility studies, business plans, project management and designing hotels. The final year integrated capstone project to achieve a viable commercial answer to a specific brief is delivered on campus for 18 weeks.
IHTTI is the only hospitality school to be accepted into the Chartered Society of Designers, an internationally recognised body for the design profession. With this accreditation, IHTTI students immediately become members, thus allowing them to gain recognition as quality practitioners in the design sector.
Two industry internships allow for the practical application of students' education as well as the perfect opportunity to grow their professional network.
