Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management
Bachelor degree at César Ritz Colleges offers an ideal balance of theory and practice through combining academic terms with hospitality internships. Students benefit from the creation of their own personalised business plan for a successful debut in the hospitality industry.
The Program is designed to for students seeking a career in international hospitality, tourism, and any other industry, where close attention to customer, client, guest and stakeholder experience is a key formula to success.
Students will cover the areas of Food and Beverage Management, Rooms Division and Hospitality Business and International Business. They will be able to choose from an array of elective courses on the subjects of Business Start-Up, Culinary Trends and Tourism and Sustainability Management.
The joint Bachelor Program in partnership with Washington State University offers students the fantastic opportunity to graduate with both a César Ritz Colleges Bachelor degree in Hotel and Tourism Management and a Washington State University Bachelor degree in Hospitality Business Management.
