Winter Term Masterclass for Cake Decorators: Decorate a stunning Christmas cake and perfect your modelling skills through the creation of a trio of choir boys with hymn books. Cover your cake, apply a contrast ribbon in icing and use delicate scrollwork & piping in royal icing to embellish will need a fruit cake, marzipan & icing to cover the cake, a cake drum (at least 2� bigger than your cake) or a 10mm cake board, sugar paste, petal or modelling paste, piping nozzles no. 1, 1.5 & no. 2, a 9� nylon rolling pin, board, frilling/cell stick, metal ball tool and cornflour.
