Summer Term Masterclass for Cake Decorators: Perfect your flower making skills with a beautiful arrangement of wired orchids, bower of beauty flowers and foliage. You will develop skills using petal paste, petal dust, food colouring, as well as stacking and giving your cake a professional finish, suitable for a celebration or wedding will need a cake, marzipan & icing to cover the cake, a cake drum (at least 2� bigger than your cake) or a 10mm cake board, sugar paste, petal or modelling paste, piping nozzles no. 1, 1.5 & no. 2, a 9� nylon rolling pin, grooved board, frilling stick, metal ball tool and cornflour. A throat veiner, vein tool and 5/6 petal cutter & veiner would be useful, but not essential.
