History
Sheltons International Tax Training Institute was formed by Ned Shelton in 1994, and is an international tax consulting firm. Since 1997, Sheltons Group, began to offer international tax training courses and conferences. Overtime, these courses have been enhanced and developed into the comprehensive training courses the company offers today.
Training Courses
Sheltons-SITTI offers a wide variety of training courses focusing on international tax. These courses are taught in various worldwide locations, including London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Dubai, and Houston, and can also be taught as in-house training for your company. In Collaboration with ADIT
Sheltons-SITTI is collaborating with the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). ADIT is a specialist in advanced qualification in international and cross-border taxation, a UK educational institute administrated by CIOT. Sheltons-SITTI is currently offering two of their courses as a part of the ADIT prospectus. More are to be added in the near future. The current two courses are:

Ned Shelton
Ned Shelton is the Managing Director and Founder of Sheltons Group, a company which he began in 1994. Ned holds a Bachelor of Commerce law degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Ned has worked globally, in Australia, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Cyprus, and has over 25 years of experience, making him one of the leading international tax structuring specialists throughout Europe. Ned has presented at conferences in 40 cities worldwide, and has written a book for Lexis Nexis UK titled: ‘Interpretation and Application of Tax Treaties’.
John Abrahamson
John Abrahamson is the International Tax Director of Sheltons-SITTI, and holds over 25 years of experience in international taxation, and 9 years of experience in international banking with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. John is a qualified lawyer to the High Court of Australia, as well as a member of the following institutions: International Fiscal Association (IFA), Tax Executives Institute (TEI), and the Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia (TIA). John specialises in international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, and structured finance transactions. John is the author of two books titled: 'Tolley's International Taxation of Corporate Finance' and 'Tolley's International Taxation of Upstream Oil and Gas.
