ILM Level 3 Organisational Wellbeing Coaching: CARI Consultant

The ILM Level 3 Award in Organisational Wellbeing Coaching using Neuroscience is a 2 day classroom course, at the Sussex Innovation Centre, University of Sussex, with a personal study element. You will work within the School of NeuChem Coaching, a leading coach training organisation commited to improving mental health and well-being. This is an optional upgrade course to our ILM Level 3 Award in Wellbeing Coaching, and has a greater focus on organisational wellbeing.

Completion of the course allows you to work with the Maria Paviour Company as a CARI Consultant. The organisation works to deliver organisational wellbeing support to large public and private sector organisations. CARI is their unique and innovative wellbeing tool using the latest technology and neuroscience research to measure individual employee wellbeing, which combined provides a picture of overall organisation wellbeing.

All our courses are progressive, and require completion of our previous courses to maximise the benefit to the student and their learning experience. We balance online learning on our virtual learning environment, with classroom based learning for more practical sessions. All have been specifically tailored for maximum student experience and ease of completion.

THIS COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO:

• Have experience in learning and development or management and are now seeking a robust coaching qualification
• Have a coaching qualification, and want to uplift this and develop their practice with the NeuChem® neuroscience and coaching methods
• Have never been a coach, but have a keen interest in learning more about coaching, and how we blend it with neuroscience

The 2 modules will prepare you with the skills and knowledge to create long lasting change to the well-being and mental health of others.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

Day 1: Advanced Ethics: Providing insights into the way in which CARI Wellbeing Practitioners scope their practice with regards to their knowledge of the brain. This module introduces the delegate to fundamental knowledge about brain wiring and mechanisms. You will cover top level contracting as a coach with organisations.
Day 2: Creating the business case for wellbeing and coaching: This provides a deep understanding of how to create a business case for wellbeing and coaching and the need for coach supervision. You will learn how to read, create and interpret the CARI company report, enabling you to target people in need and advise the Board on strategies and tactics that will enable fast paced culture change.
