Learners must:
- Be 19 years of age and over
- Have considerable work experience as a junior manager, first-line manager or similar job role.
- Possess the ability to complete the Level 4 Qualification

The Unit Managerial Styles and Behaviour is of 6 Credit, Total Unit Time 60 hours and Guided Learning Hours is 20. This unit is about the aptitudes and effective administrative style and behaviour. It will assess how managerial techniques and behaviour might be adjusted to reach organisational desires.
Unit2- Managing Stakeholders' Expectations

Unit4- Personal development as a manager and leader

Unit5- Management report writing
