CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership
The Level 3 in Principles of Management and Leadership is awarded by Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is aimed at junior level managers and supervisors who have responsibility of first level management. This qualification is to enhance the skills of junior managers in effective decision making, communication and motivating the employees to attain the maximum productivity and reduce absenteeism in the organization.
The CMI Level 3 in Principles of Management and Leadership has 3 levels such as Award, Certificate and Diploma. Learner can choose their preferred level for study.
AWARD:Our Level 3 Award introduces the skills, roles and responsibilities belonging to the first level management. It will also broaden your basic knowledge by developing the various managerial skills.

Suitability - Who should attend?
Learners must:
- Be 18 years of age and over
- Have considerable work experience as a team leader or a similar role.
- Possess the ability to complete the Level 3 Qualification

Unit3- Managing Individuals to be Effective in their Role
The aim of the unit is to improve and use the knowledge skill and abilities effectively to support individuals and to perform well.
Unit4- Principles of Communication in the Workplace
There are range of tools used in business devlopment, and managers face difficulty to choose the best communication tool to ensure the communication is effective. The aim of this unit is to outfit managers with the information and aptitudes to select and utilise work environment specialized strategies.
Unit5- Managing Budgets and Resources
Budgets and resources are the important measurel to the functioning of any organisation. The aim of this unit is to choose and maintain managers with the best knowledge that they have to manage budgets and alternative resources.
Unit6- Managing Data and Information
