The Organisational Design Essentials Programme will enable you to explore the fundamentals of organisational design and the skills, knowledge and mindset needed to influence and lead change

Organisational Design Essentials is a one-day programme on organisational design exploring the fundamentals, progression, essential concepts and an introduction to the practice of organisation design including the key skills, knowledge and mindsets required. This organisational design course consists of four learning modules delivered either as a one-day programme or delivered virtually as a series of 90 minute digital learning sessions.

Learning from each other and with expert facilitators, you will explore through knowledge and practice your skills and capabilities for organisational design.

Suitability - Who should attend?

If you are involved or interested in leading change and managing transformation in your organisation, this programme will provide you with an overview of the skills and capabilities of organisational designers engaged in understanding, facilitating, and aligning their organisations to realise their purpose and strategic goals.

This includes any of the following and more:

  • You are an experienced manager or functional leader tasked with leading a transformational change project and want to understand the essential concepts, skills and mindset necessary in organisational transformation and design
  • You are in the field of HR or Learning and Development and ready to explore your understanding and development needs within the context of supporting organisational design
