Course description
Managing With the Brain in Mind: Leadership and Management Training
We do much better work when we feel valued and respected.
Research shows that our brains respond to criticism as a threat and narrows its activity.
Focusing on shortcomings does not enable learning, it impares it. So how can we have difficult conversations, and give constructive feedback, without impairing learning?
Using fundamental research from neuroscience and organisational psychology, this course is specifically designed to support you in managing people powerfully, providing a framework to give effective feedback, positive motivate and engage your teams and develop a framework to facilitate genuine change.
