This course provides comprehensive and practical tuition on training best practice, in a way that is suitable for both newly-appointed trainers and those looking for a practical refresher course. It combines robust theoretical work with frequent practice delivery sessions in a safe, supportive environment.
In an intensive three-day programme, the course provides practical information on how to identify when to train versus when to coach, how to deliver a training session, and how to deliver 1-1 coaching.
Participants will also learn how to write training sessions with clearly defined learning objectives, and how to select the right coaching approach based on the individual and the task at hand.
