The programme is focussed partly on the essentials of implementing and managing the PRaDS scheme, but also covers the skills necessary to have the appropriate discussions to effectively review, manage and support staff.

The training course content will include:
- The importance and benefits of having a well implemented PRaDS process
- PRaDS Lite: why, and what are the changes?
- The principles of an effective PRaDS Lite process
- Facilitating discussions on Health and Wellbeing, including available resources
- Facilitating performance review discussions, including values
- Facilitating discussions on career development and addressing learning needs
- The admin and management needed to make PRaDS Lite work
- The focus for the workshop will be to understand the overall PRADs Lite process and practise relevant skills to build confidence in implementing the process regularly and consistently.
