Course description
Coaching On the Go is a unique and innovative approach to developing coaching skills as part of your managerial toolkit - these coaching skills will improve the positive impact you have on others. Importantly, you are not being taught to coach, rather you are being taught how to use the skills of coaching as part of what you already do. This introductory course will set you up to understand how you can develop your skills and continue to build them using your own COTG Skills Report and a copy of Coaching On the Go.
The Coaching On the Go book, which is provided as part of the course, illustrates the dimensions of coaching using examples from an airline crew – this is why we call this introductory course, Flying Economy.
