Course description
Building Excellent Working Relationships
Excellent working relationships are highly valued by most employers and are essential throughout an organisation. When workplace relationships are excellent, it can lead to greater productivity and engagement, more teamwork and collaboration, effective conflict resolution and a greater sense of employee well-being.
On this interactive 1-day course you will discover the requirements for excellent working relationships. We will look at your style and how this helps or hinders the situation and consider the best ways of handling challenging behaviours to maintain and improve relationships.
Different ways of handling conflict will be discussed both in individual and team situations as well as how to create a feedback culture.
We will take a close look at how different development opportunities can leverage relationships whilst covering the range of skills and attributes needed to enhance relationships.
Employers recognise the importance of fostering excellent working relationships because they impact productivity, retention, communication, and overall organisational success. This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in the creation and maintenance of those relationships.
Who should attend: Leaders, managers, team leaders, supervisors and anyone who wants to understand how the creation of the conditions where excellent relationships can be formed and maintained, results in huge organisational benefits.
