Course description
What is stress counselling? Stress counselling will see a counsellor and client explore and understand where the stress is coming from. They will then work together to find specific solutions that will help the client combat it. This flexible course is the perfect solution; you'll examine a range of counselling approaches and models used in stress counselling without having to attend any classes. This course is perfect for those already involved in a counselling role and would like to expand their skills to understanding stress or those with a keen interest in the subject. You can work at your own pace. Completed coursework can be sent via post or email, so handing in an assignment is simple. This course is approved by the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists), at the end of this course students will be able to join and become a member of the ACCPH. The ACCPH is an independent self-regulated professional body for counsellors, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists. What next? There are several avenues you can go down once you have successfully completed this course.
