CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management

This course is designed for practising or aspiring managers. It will help develop leadership and management skills in management while teaching you how to identify the links between coaching, mentoring, and he achievement of business goals. What next? Upon successful completion of this course, you will able to take on leadership and management responsibilities more comfortably.  You could also consider working towards other leadership and management courses. Course Content

To achieve a Level 7 Award in Leadership and Management, you must complete any combination of units with a minimum of 140 TUT (total unit time) hours to achieve this qualification.
