Course description
Strengthen and develop your knowledge and skills in specific management areas and achieve this Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This course is suitable for junior managers and must be completed within 12 months from enrolment date. With our distance learning model, you can take the full 12 months or choose to fast-track your course by completing units at a quicker pace – whatever suits your own timetable. You will have access to your course materials via an online learning portal, as well as an experienced and friendly tutor who will offer guidance, support and advice. Your tutor will liaise with you in advance of starting the course to ascertain the best unit(s) for you to study, based on your desired outcome. Some unit combinations are not allowed, due to content duplication. Your tutor will be able to advise further. You will get CMI membership on registration. What next?
