Course description
Performance Management
This one-day Performance Management course shows it is a critical part of an organisation where people are involved. Leaders need to know what is expected of them in terms of managing performance, how things work in their organisation and this forms part of having an effective performance management culture and process.
Performance Management should be an ongoing cycle that begins with the setting of goals and expectations, to be achieved or exceeded because of a proactive approach towards working at and delivering what is being measured.
Supported by the organisation with appropriate input from line-managers in the form of coaching and them having relevant meaningful and conversations with those in their team, performance can be effectively managed and measured to help create an environment where goals and objectives are consistently being reached.
