CIPD Intermediate Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Development (48 Weeks)

This course consists of three to four core modules based on either Certificate or Diploma route focussing on developing an understanding of professional practice, business issues and the HR context, using HR data and contemporary developments in human resources. Optional units encompass employment law, resourcing and talent management, contemporary developments in HRD, organisational design and development and managing human resources functions.

This course is offered in daytime or evening sessions.

Candidates will most likely have successfully completed the CIPD foundation qualifications or hold a first degree or, for those who:

  • Need to understand the role of HR in the wider organisational and environmental context

Acceptance on to the course is via an interview with the programme manager, which will be arranged for you if you would like to go ahead with the course.
