What Netcom Training's Infrastructure Technician course is all about:
During this course, you will learn how to install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain various hardware, software and network systems. You will also gain an understanding of the principles and practices of IT support, such as customer service, communication, security and documentation.
This course follows the CompTIA Infrastructure Specialist career pathway encompassing the CompTIA A+ certification. The course is perfect for IT professionals who are looking to level up with comprehensive certificates accredited by CompTIA and recognised across the IT industry.
Where is the course based?
The SCC Academy is based in Tyseley, Birmingham. The building has been designed and purpose built to be user-friendly and easily accessible. The Academy offers well-equipped classrooms, social spaces and a shared kitchen area.

Eligibility
- You must be aged 19+
- You must live in the West Midlands
- You'll need to have lived in the UK for at minimum of 3 years
- You'll need at least a Level 2 in Maths and English
