Course description
Organisations of all types use digital technologies to maximise productivity. There's an increasing demand for people who can support and implement these digital operations and digital transformation projects. In this apprenticeship programme, you will develop the skills you need to help a business achieve their objectives by maximising the effective use of digital office technologies, productivity software, digital communications, including collaborative technologies, and digital information systems. You'll learn about digital office technologies and digital infrastructure, the handling and storing of data, and the importance of information security for an organisation. You will also gain an awareness of current, emerging and fringe digital technologies.

Suitability - Who should attend?
Those with an annual wage bill of less than £3m do not pay the Apprenticeship Levy. Instead, 95% of each apprenticeship is funded by the government whilst a 5% investment is required by the employer to enhance the skills of their employee.
Course delivery details
1. 15 months on-programme – This is when the individual will learn the skills, knowledge and behaviours which will support them for their End-Point Assessment. The learner could partake in a combination of activities, such as classroom based sessions, mentoring, shadowing, bespoke resources and off-site visits in order to support their learning and development.
