Course description
You can choose to gain the Award, Certificate or Diploma in First Line Management. The Award is an ideal qualification as a foundation for formal development in your role. The Certificate will broaden your skills and knowledge in first line management. The Diploma gives you the widest choice for your formal development looking at a range of management skills.
For the Diploma, candidates need to complete Units 3001V1, 3002V1, 3003V1, 3004V1 and
3005V1 plus any other two Units to a total of at least 37 credits.

3005V1: Developing individuals and teams (6 credits)

3007V1: Maintaining quality standards (6 credits)
3008V1: Improving team performance (7 credits)
3009V1: Management communication (6 credits)
3010V1: Being a leader (6 credits)
Additional information: NEC will register you as a student with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
