Course description
You can choose to gain the Award, Certificate or Diploma in First Line Management. The Award is an ideal qualification as a foundation for formal development in your role. The Certificate will broaden your skills and knowledge in first line management. The Diploma gives you the widest choice for your formal development looking at a range of management skills.
If you’re interested in getting into management or are already working as a manager, this course, which leads to a recognised award from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), will increase your skills and knowledge to equip you to become a better leader.
You'll need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits to achieve the Certificate. There is one NEC assignment and one CMI assignment per unit.
