Tree Surveying and Assessment Basics
We have now launched a new set of part-time Food and Drink courses, taking place at evenings and weekends.
Our short courses take place at our state-of-the-art Food and Drink Innovation Centre, for all you hobbyists, cooking enthusiasts and community groups looking to pick up some tips, develop your skills and have some fun!
Get into the festive spirit with a fun day baking seasonal Christmas cakes and yule logs to share with family and friends. Or join our festive chocolate workshops creating luxurious filled chocolates you can pack up and take home to show off, share and enjoy!
Spend the day with our fourth-generation baker Steve and learn the art of artisan bread making. We will teach you how to make a full range of artisan breads including sourdough, decorative bloomers and sweet doughs.
Or look forward to some summer sunshine and join us next May for a Tapas workshop that gives you a whirlwind tour through some of Spain’s most exciting regional specialities, preparing and cooking tapas dishes that reflect the country’s rich and colourful history.
