Award Level 2 Food Safety in Catering
The College offers a range of industry recognised food safety awards delivered by qualified and knowledgeable trainers. These accredited qualifications will meet the needs of the food industry and individuals who work, manage, supervise or intend to work in the food sector. The courses will cover the principles of food safety across the supply chain (manufacturing, catering and retail) and will focus on food safety in a manufacturing environment and closely aligned activities such as logistics, allergen awareness and effective inspection and auditing.
