Course description
Build your own, bespoke, modular learning and development programme by choosing from our library of 30+ e-learning modules.
With a completely flexible structure to match your requirements, our family of virtual modules allows you to choose the relevant topics that you want to cover in your modular programme and how, and when, you want to participate in the modules.
The modules are delivered by Mobile Team Challenge's accredited professionals in a 1-to-1 Coaching / Mentoring format or in a group format with up to 12 delegates in the cohort.
In addition to the coaching sessions, you will be asked to participate in some inspirational extra-curricular projects, exercises, tasks and blended-learning activities.
You can also tailor your CPD Accreditation Hours - every module carries its own CPD Hours value - hence you can build a comprehensive and bespoke learning and development programme to meet individual personal development objectives and career aspirations.
(N.B. Some job roles require mandatory CPD hours to be achieved on an annual basis - all of our CPD accredited courses can be allocated to your CPD requirements).

Suitability - Who should attend?
This course is suitable for all levels of staff and especially for those who take their Continuous Personal Development seriously and wish to do it proactively.
The flexibility to develop their personal skills and qualifications from MTC's library of 30+ CPD accredited virtual learning modules allows delegates to pace their own programme, either on a 1-to-1 mentoring basis with an MTC Coach or to participate in a Cohort with some of their work colleagues.
