This workshop reveals the secrets and unlocks the power of psychology and its tips and techniques which could give you the "higher ground" in any meeting or negotiation.

Here is a second teaser... what can you learn about the person's  tactics that you are negotiating with...purely by their hand shake? (and it's nothing to do with how tightly they grip your hand! :)) 

Effective negotiation and influencing skills among team members can bring an organisation a long way in reaching their goals. This in-house or on-line training workshop is designed and facilitated in an interactive and practical format and works to prepare participants to negotiate and influence others with more precision and greater outcomes. An emphasis is placed on the personal aspects of negotiating, and in specific, on using psychological tactics and emotional intelligence.

As participants engage in learn by doing activities, they will develop a range of practical negotiation and influencing skills and understandings, including:

We also offer a CPD accredited, 90 minute, on-line, 1-to-1 coaching workshop of this course from £45 per session on Zoom or Teams.

Expenses

The cost of this in-house training workshop will vary depending on the number of participants and various other variables. The likely cost of this workshop for a group of 15 participants is £975 (1-day workshop) or £1,650 (2-day workshop - includes role-plays and psychometric profiling).

We also offer this over 90-minute on-line modules priced at £45.00 + VAT per person, per module.
