Presented by barrister Chris Bryden, this virtual classroom seminar will consider the issues that arise where one party to a marriage dies during the course of divorce, financial remedy proceedings and the differing impacts depending on when that death arises.


It will also touch on what other remedies may be available to the surviving spouse in such circumstances.


Join Chris as he discusses the effect of death before Decree Absolute, and also death after Decree Absolute but before approval of Order, or before implementation. Practicalities and other causes of action, such as informing the court and liaising with the Estate, will also be covered.
