Data subjects have a range of rights under data protection law in the EU and the UK, from the right of erasure to the right of portability as well as data subject access rights and rights to object to certain processing activities.


Businesses have one month to respond to requests from data subjects and individuals are exercising their rights more vigorously as they realise that in most cases it costs them nothing to do so.


This webinar will explain the various data subject rights and how best to prepare for and respond to them. It will cover how to recognise a subject access request, the information you have to supply, when a right of erasure applies, and more.
