Course description

The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 contains provisions allowing the Competition and Markets Authority to fine traders up to 10% of their annual global turnover in the event of a serious breach of consumer law.


Given the complexity of consumer law, it is essential that lawyers and their clients are aware of the key areas of risk and how to deal with them effectively.
