This live and interactive broadcast session will explore, examine and critically analyse the concept of the Article 2 inquest and how to recognise one.
It is presented by the leading human rights/civil liberties barrister Leslie Thomas KC, who for more than 25 years has appeared in some of the highest profile inquests in the country.
The session will include an outline of the key case law and will provide you with an understanding of what to look out for and the advantages/disadvantages of these types of inquests. By the end of this session, you will be well versed in the arguments and will be able to prepare to either advance or rebut arguments for these enhanced inquests.
