This virtual classroom seminar will cover the risks involved when buying and selling high value artworks, together with how to manage those risks.


Expert speakers Mona Yapova and Simon Chadwick will answer important questions including: What are the principal contractual structures for the sale and purchase of art? How much does the law protect the buyer of fine art? What remedies are available to buyers and sellers when the provenance, authenticity, or attribution of a work is questioned?
